Grass-Fed Beef
Our grass-fed cattle are raised on open pastures, free to roam and graze as nature intended. The result is tender and flavorful beef that is also healthier and more sustainable.
Grain Fed Dorper Lamb
Our farm offers grain-fed lamb for specific number of days after pasture grazing. Grain feeding can result in a more consistent meat supply, improved eating quality, and faster growth rates.
Rangeland Goats
Goat meat is generally considered a lean meat. It has a lower fat content compared to other red meats. Goat meat also tends to be lower in saturated fat and cholesterol. This makes it a healthy protein source.
Carbon Farming
Carbon farming with sorghum involves practices that reduce the crop’s carbon footprint and increase carbon sequestration, primarily through its deep root system and biomass, storing carbon in the soil and potentially generating carbon credits.
Farmers’ Exchange Programme
We work directly with farmers using our programme & supply chain system. Sharing of knowledge would enhance animal welfare and quality of meat. The FEP facilitates the sharing of best practices and the exploration of new agricultural technologies.

Want to see where your meat comes from? Join us for a guided tour of our farm and learn about our sustainable and ethical practices. You’ll also learn about regenerative farming and its best management practices. Biosecurity clearance is essential.
Our Range of Lamb and Mutton
PURE
From paddock, we will feed the lamb/sheep with high quality grain or fodder for 60-90 days. Their breed will mainly be Australian white, Ultra-white and Dorper.
SUPREME
From paddock, we will feed them with high quality grain or fodder for 7 days. They will be mainly cross-breed sheep.
CLASSIC
From paddock, we will feed them with high quality grain or fodder for only 3 days. Their breed will mainly be merino rams.
